We promise to deliver within a maximum of 5 working days, however this is a maximum and the times below are the average.
Kapiti Coast - Levin to Paraparaumu: same day delivery for orders received before 11am. Otherwise next day delivery.
Wellington Region: generally 1-2 days, orders received before 11am can generally be sent same day to Wellington and Hutt Valley.
North Island: generally 1-3 days, we use overnight courier for Upper North Island.
South Island: generally 2-3 days.
Rural Deliveries: we have a flat rate for all our deliveries including Rural delivery, however we have no control of the length of time until delivery as some Rural courier runs may only be done once or twice a week, and some are passed onto NZ Post Rural contractors.
Christmas gift baskets and hampers may take longer to process due to the high demand placed on our processing and the courier companies; therefore it is wise to place orders as soon as possible to ensure delivery and product availability as many businesses shut down early in the week leading up to Christmas and people leave homes on vacation.
